With a strong background in restaurant operations and a natural ability to connect with teams, Kelly brings energy, experience and professionalism to every assignment he supports.
A career built around hospitality and service
Kelly’s journey in hospitality began early, growing up in a family-owned restaurant where he developed a deep appreciation for the pace, teamwork and guest focus that define the industry. That early exposure shaped his approach to service and leadership and laid the foundation for a career dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences.
Throughout his career, Kelly has remained closely connected to restaurant operations, working across both front-of-house and back-of-house environments. He thrives in the rhythm of a busy service, whether planning for a high-volume evening, guiding a team through execution or stepping in wherever support is needed to ensure the guest experience remains the top priority. His hands-on leadership style and operational understanding allow him to quickly integrate with teams and elevate performance.
Making an impact through THS assignments
Since joining THS, Kelly has supported more than 14 assignments as both a restaurant manager and food and beverage manager. Across each engagement, he brings consistency, professionalism and a strong focus on developing the team around him.
Kelly values every opportunity to continue learning, while also sharing his experience with others who are eager to grow in the industry. His willingness to coach, mentor and lead by example helps strengthen the teams he works alongside and leaves a lasting impact on the operations he supports.
Life outside the assignment
Home for Kelly is Fort Myers, Florida, where he enjoys time away from the road whenever his schedule allows. When he is not traveling for assignments, he enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and spending time restoring and driving his collection of classic cars, a passion that reflects both patience and craftsmanship.
Kelly’s advice to fellow consultants
Kelly believes that success in hospitality begins with perspective and positivity. The industry moves quickly, and challenges are part of the daily rhythm, but maintaining a positive outlook and showing appreciation for the people around you makes a meaningful difference.
His approach remains grounded in the fundamentals of hospitality: focus on the guest, elevate the experience, support your team and ensure the operation succeeds.
Congratulations, Kelly, and thank you for the leadership, professionalism and dedication you bring to THS and to every team you support.
