From the CEO’s desk: THS celebrates five years

Dear THS Team,

As we step into July, I’m proud to share a meaningful milestone with all of you. This month marks five years since the founding of Transformation Hospitality Solutions.

THS began as more than a business idea. It was born out of a deep-rooted passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to serve others. Having spent decades in this industry, I knew firsthand the impact exceptional people can have on a hotel’s success. I also understood the challenges leaders face in finding the right support at the right time. My vision was simple: Create a company that could stand in the gap, delivering solutions with integrity, excellence and heart.

Over the past five years, we’ve done just that. What started as a mission close to my heart has now touched hundreds of properties and thousands of lives, from the consultants we’ve empowered to the hotel teams we’ve supported. We’ve built a community that leads with purpose, and I couldn’t be more grateful to each of you who have helped make this possible.

As we celebrate this anniversary, I want to thank you for believing in the work we do. Whether you're a team member or a consultant, your commitment fuels our impact and inspires our continued growth.
