From the CEO’s desk: May momentum and meaningful milestones

As we hit the midpoint of May, I’m filled with pride and reflection on how far we’ve come and where we’re headed together. One recent highlight was being invited to participate in the Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Leadership Conference last month in La Quinta, California, where the company’s leaders gathered to share ideas, strengthen connections and chart a collective path forward.

This year’s conference theme, Festival of Leaders, was about celebrating excellence, collaboration and the impact of the Pyramid family. Representing THS were Dana Foley-Taylor, vice president of business development, and Janelle Schwartz, senior vice president of business development and recruiting. Attending not only was an honor but a powerful reminder that what we do matters and how we do it matters even more.

Our values are not just part of our culture, they are our culture. Partnership, integrity, excellence and service: These words are embedded in everything we do, whether we’re onboarding a new client, staffing a critical role or stepping into a leadership transition.

We also recognize that transformation isn’t always comfortable. It requires letting go of what no longer fits, having honest conversations and surrounding ourselves with the right people at the right time. This season of growth is a testament to our belief that just because something worked yesterday doesn’t mean it’s what we need for tomorrow. We honor those who have been part of our journey, and we move forward with clarity, courage and conviction.

This month, I encourage each of you to reflect on what it means to live out our values — not just when it’s easy, but especially when it’s hard. Let’s continue to be the kind of company that leads with heart, adapts with strength and never loses sight of our purpose: To be a trusted partner in hospitality transformation.

Here’s to a strong May and a future built on the foundations we reinforce every single day.
